At One Southern Boutique we want you to love your item(s).  In the event something doesn't fit properly, we are happy to offer free returns. Please read all about our return policies below.

All returns are issued store credit and must be within 21 days of the delivery date.  To be eligible for a return the item must be unworn, unwashed, smoke free condition, no stains or odors and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging with tags.  You must include the return authorization form and invoice inside your package.

We do not accept returns on the following products: Jewelry, Handbags, Beauty Products, Home goods, Intimates, and sale items are final sale.

Ship Your Return

• The cost of return shipping is free for any number of items you return.  If you need to return an item(s) please contact us and we will send you a free shipping label. 
• You can Place multiple return orders into one package to return.  To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount, you MUST include a return authorization form and the invoice for ALL orders/items being returned.
• Once we receive your return we will refund the purchase amount to a One Southern Boutique E-Gift Card sent to your orders email address.
• Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Defective Items

• If you have received a defective item, Please contact us within 3 days to inform us of the issue.  If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.  You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
• We are not responsible for damages to clothing cause by improper care or handling.
• The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions.
